How do I install SurroundR and connect it to HubSpot?

Connect your HubSpot account

  1. Go to surroundr.io and click Get Started.

  2. On the sign-up page, click Connect with HubSpot.

  3. Log in to your HubSpot account if prompted.

  4. Select the HubSpot account you want to connect.

  5. Review the permissions on the authorization screen. SurroundR requests access to:

    • Read and write contacts

    • Read and write companies

    • Read and edit contact and company properties

  6. Click Connect app to authorize.

You'll be redirected to the SurroundR dashboard. That means you're connected.

Install the Chrome Extension

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store and search for SurroundR.

  2. Click Add to Chrome.

  3. Confirm the permissions when prompted.

  4. The SurroundR icon will appear in your browser toolbar.

  5. Click the SurroundR icon and click Sign In to link the extension to your account.

Good to know

  • All users in the same HubSpot portal share a single SurroundR account.

  • Team members sign in individually using their HubSpot credentials.

  • You only need to do this setup once per browser.
